North Korea declared on February 10, 2005 that it has nuclear weapons. Although there is no evidence that North Korea has actually tested a weapon, this announcement brought forth widespread expressions of dismay and near-universal calls for the North to return to the six-party negotiations aimed at curbing its nuclear program.

In addition to the dialects given below, it is customary to speak informally of dialects belonging to each province, e.g. Sichuan dialect, Henan dialect. These designations do not always correspond to classifications used by linguists, but each nevertheless has approximate, stereotypical characteristics of its own.

The Matterhorn Bobsleds is an attraction made up of two steel roller coasters at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. It opened in 1959 as one of six new major attractions for Tomorrowland. In the 1970s, it was officially made a Fantasyland attraction. It is recognized as the first tubular steel roller coaster in the world, and was built by coaster builder Arrow Dynamics and WED Imagineering.
